Wallarobba Arts and Cultural Centre
In 2011, Hornsby Art Society will transfer its activities currently run from the Hornsby Art Gallery
site, to the Shire's first community art and cultural centre, Wallarobba, located on the corner of
Edgeworth David Avenue and Sherbrook Road, Hornsby.
 
The exhibition program that will be held at Wallarobba in the exhibition areas provided will
include the 3 annual exhibitions for HAS Members. Wallarobba will be used by local artists and
art groups, HAS, Hornsby TAFE, Hornsby Ku-ring gai Community College, for workshops, art
classes, meetings, and social art events.It will be a place where anyone wishing to be involved in the Hornsby creative community can meet, share and grow.

The Hornsby Arts Network is an initiative by the Hornsby Shire Council to keep locals who are interested in arts and culture informed and in touch. More information (including application forms to join) can be found from the Hornsby Shire Council website by clicking here.

Arts Fanfare 2010 The Hornsby Arts Council is hosting its annual Bestowed Collection exhibition covering two openings, both at Hornsby Central Library. The first exhibition opening is from 14th to 27th September and the second is from 28th September to 19th October. The first exhibition will be officially opened by Judy Hopwood MP on Friday 17th September. For more information, please click here.
