Born in Leipzig - Germany
Arrival in Australia 1954
Commenced Painting 1970's
Attended some classes at the Royal Art Society of NSW and painted with Dorothy Davies at her Epping Studio.
I attended Meadowbank Technical College 1974-1977 majoring in Printmaking and attended further classes in Lithography at the Willoughby Art Centre in 1992.
Works are represented in Group Exhibitions - gaining some first Prizes and a number of Commendations.
Work on Paper was in the Final Selection for the International Arches-Canson Prize in 1992 and a work in Acrylic was short - listed for the Sulman Competition by the Art Gallery of NSW in 1993.
A Diploma in Art History was gained in 1994. - awarded by the Art Gallery of NSW.

An Entry in an International Competition for an Exhibition of Assembly Art by the GALLERY twenty-four in Berlin/Germany in September 2003 was accepted.
An exhibition with the Central Coast Potter's Society as a Member of the Central Coast Art Society was possible in May 2004.
A Work on Paper and the depiction of an Assembly were accepted for advertising purposes by the Newcastle Permanent Society - in August 2004.
